About the Journal

The Asian Journal on Perspectives in Education (AJPE) is a peer-reviewed, Diamond Open Access journal published by Far Eastern University, Philippines. The journal is committed to advancing high-quality, evidence-based research in education that addresses critical issues in teaching, learning, assessment, policy, and knowledge production across local and global contexts.

AJPE employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring that all manuscripts, whether for regular or special issues, are evaluated by at least two experts in the field. The journal welcomes diverse methodological approaches, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods, and prioritizes studies that demonstrate strong theoretical grounding, methodological rigor, and clear implications for practice and policy.

AJPE actively promotes research visibility, citation impact, and internationalization. It provides a platform for scholars, educators, policymakers, and practitioners from the Philippines, the Asia-Pacific region, and the global academic community to contribute to globally relevant and socially responsive educational research.

As a Diamond Open Access journal, AJPE ensures equitable access to knowledge by maintaining no article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees, supporting inclusive and sustainable scholarly communication aligned with global open science principles.

The journal is published biannually (April and October) and accepts submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year.
